My overall goal is to ensure the staff in my team are inspired and motivated and that all the children have lives enriched with love, care, happiness and growth.

Hi, I’m Ashlee, and I have been a part of the Kindalin team since 2009.

During this time, I have been fortunate to work with children of all ages. Over the years, I worked at several Kindalin centres, including West Pennant Hills and Glenhaven, where I was a Room Coordinator and Assistant Director.

I have my Diploma in Children’s Services and my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, which I completed via correspondence at Charles Sturt University.
